Mizuho Securities works to make culture and the fine arts accessible to wider audiences to help foster greater appreciation and sensitivity for the great works of the human spirit upon which societies have progressed. We support a broad palette of activities involving culture and the fine arts.
Mizuho Securities has provided support for the Tokyo Opera Nomori concerts since 2005. Seiji Ozawa acted as musical director for the event, and, with the co-sponsorship of companies conducting their activities in Tokyo, the festival focused on opera performances, which are a musical form known for its scale and appeal to audiences. The festival aimed to transmit a new form of expression from Tokyo to the world.
