The Employment Consortium of Mizuho Financial Group, Mizuho Bank, Mizuho Corporate Bank, Mizuho Securities and Mizuho Trust & Banking (hereinafter called the "Employment Consortium") performs general operations related to employment.
To achieve this business requirement, we will share the personal data on applicants for employment within the Group, to the extent necessary within the scope shown below. When implementing such shared use, we will conduct stricter information management than before, so we ask for your understanding and acceptance of such use.
With regard to this issue, if necessary we may review the way shared use of personal data is handled in the future. On such occasions, we will notify you of any changes or make an announcement in advance, and we ask for your understanding and acceptance of such necessary changes as well.
1. Items of personal data subject to shared use
- (1) Information on applicants for employment, including name, birthdate, sex, address, telephone number, email address, educational and business background, qualifications, and reason for application
2. Scope of shared use
Use by Mizuho Financial Group, consolidated subsidiaries and equity-method affiliates entered in the financial statement of the Mizuho Financial Group and Mizuho Health Insurance Society
3. Purposes of use
- (1)Announcement of various types of corporate meetings and acceptance of applications for participation
- (2)Announcement of various types of corporate information, and announcement of details concerning the recruiting of employees
- (3)Acceptance of applications for the selection of hired employees, and subsequent the employee hiring
- (4)Notification to each applicant of the result of selection
- (5)Notification of informal decision on employment
- (6)ٓImplementation of health examinations at the time of employment for proper assignment to a specific Employment Consortium division (deployment)
- (7)Notification of assignment to a specific division of each company comprising the Employment Consortium
- (8)Announcement of various ceremonies, including the informal employment and entry ceremonies.

- (2)The latest information on names of corporations included in the scope of shared use in item 2 above is to be shown on the website of the Mizuho Financial Group(http://www.mizuho-fg.co.jp/
).
