Structured Finance

Our structured finance business covers securitization, liquidation, and refinancing of real estate (such as J-REITs and private funds) and pecuniary claims (such as lease and credit obligations and home loans). In this business, we have deployed our human resources and know-how to build a formidable track record in our role as leader in the Japanese market.
